They are arguably the UK’s leading consumer rights organisation, combined with a commercial publishing arm, printing titles focused on money, tech and travel.

WHAT WE’VE DONE

Throughout the banking crisis of the late 2000s and beyond, we produced a huge range of public awareness content for consumers, live events, promo films, international communications and media contact for Which?.

Crucially, we turned them into the leading spokespeople for consumer rights on radio, TV and online during and after the financial crisis of 2007-8.

 

We also produced a hugely successful professional information video series on tech training – which was directly responsible for a turnaround in subscriptions to their computer titles.

In fact, that one project alone increased retention to those titles by 43% within 3 months of release.
